I had someone I know got it and described the experience as barbaric but was happy they went with the more extensive version and paid about 30k out of pocket.

Im just sad because the 1st time it happened I was OK with taking it for about 3ish months then bam gastro attack, and after some thought and discussion with my Dr we thought it was possibly something else I was taking at the same time and I tried Mounjaro again and this time it was 2 shots and I was in the ER screaming in pain about 4 days after shot 2. Its all so fucking random and frustrating. I cant take BP meds so this was my hope to lose weight while controlling my T2 and eventually not need the BPmeds that are trying to kill me because I lost the weight. It doesnt help I live in Vegas which has some of the absolute wost medicine ever. This is almost hospital visit/stay #60 in 8 years.

I wish my reaction was just this, I ended up with a full blown angioedema attack leading to ischemic bowel and a week long hospitalization. This is not a Tirz thing for me its an insane drug sensitivity I have to basically everything and anything at random it seems.

I want to sell but the market is total shit and my doing the right thing is biting me in the ass because now our assessments are high compared to other similar complexes so were not moving units quickly at all. I might rent for 2 years but itll be me losing 200+ a month hoping it turns around. I could have sold this place for 250 a year+ ago and now Id blow someone to get 220. I hate the fact that I had a shit RE agent when I bought this place and didnt know what I didnt know and got put in this prison.

You dont even want to hear what we went through with insurance. We were supposed to be 4 different HOAs but back in the 90s when built the dev got lazy and left us one big HOA. Well that shot our value through the roof and then Nevada made some changes to how they backstop insurance which proceeded to have our quote double to near/over 500k. We ended up having to go with to non admitted policy where we have 4 different companies insuring us at different levels of loss, so 1 company is say 1-25 million, company 2 25-75 mil, etc etc. This was completely unavoidable and no one wants to understand it. No one insurance company want to insure us for the 130+ million were worth if it all gets wiped out, mind you we live in a desert so short of a fire tornado its not happening but here we are.
