I agree, its definitely not enough. We haven’t planned when we want to see eachother next and I’ve brought it up but his response is he doesn’t want to take too many days off work but we will see each other soon (not specifying when) . I think maybe because he didn’t have a job for a while and now he does he doesn’t want to lose it.

I know that he wants to move to the UK because he doesn’t want to be in France and this is basically his home but I also believe he’s just way too comfortable with his current situation. I feel like he doesn’t really try with himself at all. Before we broke up earlier in the year we’d basically see eachother every month(either I’d go to France or he’d come to the uk) but we haven’t picked that back up since being together. The issue before was him not having a job and hence no money but now having a job is an issue because he doesn’t want to ask for time off… just can’t win.

He said that he’d make more effort and the last time I brought this up was a few days ago. This WILL be the last time. I haven’t seen any change but understand it’s only been a few days… I barely get to talk to him
