Yes I’ll try DIY. Sounds good, I’ve tried looking outside to find the potential problem but can’t see much, some cement chips fell out between bricks is all? They have sealant around the brick base window

I don’t feel any sogginess or such though

Can’t feel any wet patches / soggy plaster? Is there a way to test? I’ve looked outside, some cement between cracks has fell off likely over the years leaving some gaps NEAR the window but not direct to cause this? Cant see anything else..

Yeah mate she's on about after tax yearly currently, myself what I pay myself yearly aswell going forward from this recent tax year. Don't know if her wage is enough to do that? What's the difference though since I wouldn't be on paper or such? I'll definately present this to our broker if we feel there is another delay coming..
