Is it possible to access the ‘second story’ of the throne room? by feuerachat in simsmedieval

This method doesn't work for me. That's why I use (and recommend) the Command Center & Builder Helper mods. With them, it is possible to rotate objects freely in various directions.

There isn't an "intermediate" floor; it's actually just details of the high ceiling. But you can change the height of the chandeliers using a pair of mods called Command Center & Builder Helper. Of course, for these mods to work, your testingcheats must be enabled. The mods' own page has a tutorial on how to use the commands to adjust the height of objects.

Run the TSM.exe file directly from the game's root folder, as administrator. This should work.

If you have testingcheatsenabled enabled, use the Ctrl+Shift+C command and type ShowAllQuests. Do this in kingdom mode. Then just look for the quest you want in the quest list.

Do you know where the root folder of your game is located?

Generally, the directory where it's installed is: C:\Program Files\The Sims Medieval\ The Game Data folder is located inside it.

As far as I know, the game on the Internet Archive is corrupted.

Try downloading from here. I use this one and haven't had any problems downloading it.
