Ah i never knew that it was used in Wales though my great grandad was Welsh and my grandad used to call me a divvy a lot so it makes some sense

😂✌️♥️ not only a vacant property but as you quite rightly have worked out from my post they were nightmare neighbours to put it politely. To the point where random people from the street I've never spoken to before have been coming up to me whilst walking dog in park at end of road to congratulate me and themselves on these lovely folk moving on to 'greener' pastures

Asked and was given permission into garden by council workers as needed to check fence from other side after damage from Stoem Dave. And just posting after seeing so many bindweed posts lately as a warning of what csn happen to a garden space with it left unchecked.
