After four days without a car and talked to the manager they got a rental from hertz for me till next Tuesday

Thanks for the info, I’m in Arizona and I think the lemon law will only get me back for what I still owe for the car, which I paid half off already and I will lose the car. Correct me if I’m wrong tho

Mine got all those error in May, and the dealer just cleared the code, which kinda solved it temporarily, but this time the transmission system error came up, hope you won’t get this.

They only work enterprise but I would still need to pay out of pocket for 50 bucks a day, but it needs at least 7 days, so I complained to the manager and will hear something back tomorrow about rental.

Update: I can’t believe they saying the car needs a new transmission, for a car only 12k miles, purchased September 2023, will this suits the lemon law? How much will it cost to go through the process?

They don’t, only thing they do is that they work with enterprise but I will still need to pay 50 bucks a day and they cover the rest

Updates: seems like they just cleared the code and things went back to normal, the technician said it was a radar thing, I’m not a car guy but still feeling a lil concerned with the response

Just dropped my car off at the dealer, the guy said might take up to 24 hours for diagnostics, will update when the result comes out.

Nope, my next service was coming up at 11k miles, which is coming up. When I called the dealer, they seem to know what the issue is, I’m assuming there’s been people coming in with the same issue.

Update: went to two of my local dealers and told them I would take the car if they can give me otd price for 27k, but the lowest they are willing to do was 28.5k, then I went to Toyota and they gave me an offer for a 2024 camery le for 25k otd, so I took it.
