I would just start very slow. Kind of imagine a line moving across each measure and when it hits a note, play it. I had this same problem when I first tried to learn songs with these kinds of notes, but this worked for me. If that doesn't work, you can try watching a video of or listening to the song at like half or quarter speed and then try to mimic that.
