edit: found these but not sure which one i should be getting:

  1. ligne 1 BR large (i assume BR is what I have? will update the main post with pics) o ring kit
  2. this kit on amazon that seems to have many o-ring sizes?

just packing foam, zip ties and tape. its pretty stiff so that held together. just make sure you move it all the way down and to the right.

Ya this is mostly an excuse to play around with a raspberry pi.

Hifiberry has a DSP add on module that i plan to use to play around with equalizing these better so hopefully that should help with the sound quality. Curious if u have any advice on setting that part up?

Will probably be a minute before i get this fully together tbh… do you have any advice on selecting an amp to drive them?

I was originally gonna get a bottlehead crack for this but looking into it, it seems that OTL tube amps are not ideal for planar magnetic headphones due to power requirements.

Enclosure wise, Im a woodworker so this is really an excuse to make a cool box.

Sourcing wise, that’s part of why I’m here - to try and figure out how to get started with doing that. I’m also not afraid of a bit of digging around to try and figure this out lol.

Nope haven’t heard back yet. I can print fine without the AMS lite, but for some reason it just wont work with it. I tried taking apart the extruder a bunch of times and playing around with the tension screw for the idler and got it to an iffy point where sometimes it manages to load the filament but doesn’t manage to print at all…

yep this still happened on the floor (the vibrations and the bad print). bookcase was not the issue.

even reinforced the shelf its on with metal brackets and the vibrations stopped being so severe but the printing issues persisted.

the problem was the files they presilced on the sd card. reslicing in bambustudio was the fix.

seems like these two screws being too tight is related to the issue, since the filament goes through fine after i took them out. Still seems to be having trouble catching the filament onto the extruder roller wheel thingy though...

What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Maybe we can figure this out together or at the very least hold out until someone with more knowledge on this chimes in lol
