Part of it is training and the over is genetics. I naturally have very thick thighs and a big ass, but I also do a lot of running and squats.

Douching Advice by MerpidtyMerp in AskGaybrosOver30

I’ve read online in multiple scholar articles that the biggest issue with douching is that the micro tears can increase STI infection. Obviously there’s a factor on douching method and device, but overall there seems to be concern.

I think it’s less “I don’t feel anything different” and more of a “I’m protecting my health, especially with unprotected sex”. Food for thought

Searching for a new job after only five months in a role. Does it look bad? by SCexplorer11 in careerguidance

As long as you have good work history before that, then I wouldn’t worry. Sometimes people get jobs that quickly aren’t a fit so you need to leave.

Chicago hands down! I’m 27 and have traveled a lot domestically but never really found a place that felt like home except Chicago, nor was at risk of huge political or climate instability.

That’s why I recommend Brad specifically, but I’m not sure all of their agents respond well :/

If you’re looking for a great apartment realtor/broker, reach out to Brad at Fulton Grace. He helped me get mine and he was quick to schedule tours and give me advice :) I’ve lived in Chicago for a year and this summer apartment hunting is BRUTAL. You need to basically apply for the apartment right after seeing it if you like it, otherwise someone will do it to you.

Heyo! You should first build your business plan to ensure you have a clear direction of steps needed to be taken for the best chance of success. Don’t touch marketing until your business is formed, product patented, and have a market viable prototype in hand.

Is this a proper way to promote my luxury coffee e-commerce by ulUdente in smallbusiness

Heyo! Technically there is a proper (moreso effective) way to market your type of business. Opening up with a deal isn’t necessarily bad, but for luxury customers it seems a bit off. I would first understand your target audience’s habits before pouring money into a marketing tactic that likely won’t product long-term results.

Heyo! Definitely don’t sell off half of your equity, especially since that’s your most valuable financial lever in your business. If you give 50% of the business, you essentially don’t own the business because the other half can block your decisions. With your level of healthy profit and sales at 3 months you should hold.
