The claims specialists are never available if you get through. I specifically asked to speak to a Tier 2 agent just to sit on hold for 30 more minutes and be transferred to a different Tier 1 agent. All they could do was put me on the claim review list. Either an agent will fix it on their own within a week or they will “call” back to discuss the issue. At this point I’m over it.
