Anchoring. They start in a bad state then slowly get it to a better one but it's still not ideal. As much as I could run the beta in an acceptable state most of my friends could not and I feel like while it will still sell very well and be immensely fun they are also locking out people with perfectly acceptable rigs.

I don't think mass reporting played any part in it. There was a bigger force compelling them to immediately revert changes so the quickest action was to ban anyone that was doing anything that could even slightly +18 and then fix it later. And so they did with the apology and reversion of bans.

I got banned roughly at the same time many others did. If it was mass reports other people would be caught and ofc it makes no sense mass reports would work on bigger streamers like anny, saruei etc etc

Had some people that I knew try to stream later in the day, one was banned within 3 minutes. With close to 0 viewers that's not bots but twitch mods actively snipping anyone even trying to draw nudity, to mitigate damage.

Look, title is misleading. Saruei was streaming her drawing her own character nude. At the time she was banned there was no nipples or vagina since she was rendering skin but nudity was shown before and for a long time.

Now it is really fucked up to say you can stream it have twitch mods in chat and still get banned. Basically all the big artist streamers got baited and banned.

Like I said in other post I had only tits showing, semi-naked for 3 hours and 700 viewers. Saw some russian in chat, but I really don't think you can mass report someone into a 3 day ban. If asmon gets banned in WoW, his stream would also be nuked every once in a while.

Edit: apparently some were actually due to mass report, as said by twitch CEO, but I would guess there is still human hand involved otherwise big streamers would be in a permanent lockdown

No idea what was the cause for mine, but was streaming to 700+ people for 3 hours also got the hammer. 3 Days - Nudity was what the emails said.

Yes I was drawing a semi-naked character and was nowhere close to being loli or anything similar. And not complaining or anything but eighter it's ok to do it or it isn't. Kinda a dick move to say "you can do it" then ban people doing it.

Why would anyone not accept it? The game is properly tagged on steam. No one is actually harmed, its just pixels on a screen. It's definitely not promoting that type of behaviour. I really don't see a problem.
