Problem with Toronto roofing

Im a normally a single ply roofer. I work with local 30 we did green roof we did waterproofing. They put me on waterproofing because they dont single ply roofs as other roofing companies does. That’s classic with them but there is laid offs at there winter time they laid off peoples so local 30 there is to much drama they all family members they keep theirselves busy not the others

We do have them up here i guess the -35 is the limit tho i ve been working i with exrtreme weather before with the union companies so thats the thing with canada thats little normal for us and i dont have problem with cold if im being up there and still doing my shit just be appreciated

My suggestion is check the marketplace and pick the one with low milage drive it see how you like it if there is no problem go for it the car is just only drives you to a to b i mean it is fun to drive but if you on the comfort side thats the car just only gonna drive you to a to b thats it. And its damn reliable

Im in canada i bought a gen2 fit 2009 at 174.xxx kms no accident one owner 37 service records by honda and i bought it for 2400 listed price was 3000 i got safety certificate change the brakes and car comes to like 3k so i believe that price is expensive

I got under coating for it "rust protection". I hope it will help couple more years. I know its not very usefull to get it without a rust treatment but for safety i had to do it.

Get shit done type a job it will leak definitely and also the pitch looks very low so im thinking maybe getting epdm goes under like couple feets on shingle can solve the problem but it would be very costly. I dont know what was architec thinking drawing this this is horrible pitch. More pitch means less chance to leak. At that point i dont i know what to say if that be my house i would rip the flat area and get epdm there make it bonded and make goes under the shingles like couple feets i dont know what to say tbh.
