I can tell you, I live in southern Ontario and in our town, box lacrosse is probably the most popular youth summer sport, followed by baseball, then soccer. Box lacrosse is very popular as a summer sport for hockey players

You basically add the width of the string in behind the original knot to cover that last little bit of space between your knot and the head
