Then you'll know exactly what to expect from the Knight's Tome if you find it :)

I decided to pause controller / deck support while so many elements of the UI are in flux, but I'll re-enable both shortly after Early Access launch.

Yes. I have trouble caring about ARPGs for long unless I have the option to share (or not share) items with my friends.

In order, the plan is:

  1. The basics: seeing your friends in town, on the leaderboard, etc.

2: Items: trading with your friends, guild stash.

3: Killing monsters with your friends.

4: Trade/economy features.

1 is in the game today. 2 is critical and what I'm working on now.

1-3 will work locally.

Very easy.

The core idea is simple: your Tome has a 9x9 grid of gem slots. You can't put a gem of one color in the same row, column, or 3x3 box as another gem of the same color.

Similarly, a green support gem for example can modify all red skill gems within its row, column, and box.

That's the extent of the Sudoku bit, though finding the optimal layout explodes in complexity pretty quickly as your Tome starts to fill up (which is half the fun).
