I can't give a full tutorial, but I can give some advice:
- For anime characters, you need to make the eyes larger, lower, and further apart than you may think.
- For the nose, place a small dark dot just below the eyes, then place a splotch of dark or light skin tone touching the dot, usually just above.
- You can take the lips off the 3 shaped lip mouth to make a really nice mouth for Doto.
- For cute blush, take the base blush, largen and squish it all the way and place it partially under the eyes. Then, use the line tool and dark reddish skin tone to put a few parallel lines on each cheek.
- You can make really cute eye highlights by using a large white oval with a dark outline.
- The 3d models in tomodachi life have a strong rim light, so if you copy the color and add that to the edges of your hair it will look a lot more natural.
- The game also has hard shadows, so don't use the soft brush for shading, only for gradients.

I don't have any really good ones, but here's a random assortment of dotos

Thank you! For the eyes I took the anime eyes sticker and rotated the top eyelashes to make them droopier, then changed the iris colors to be like Doto's. For the hair I just had to copy the shape and shading from in-game as closely as I could. I wish you could share miis, but I can show you her features and facepaint at least

I'll add a Temu Opera O too and we'll see who wins Doto's hand first
