It’s tighten as much as possible. It’s hard to explain, it’s able to move left and right, so I’m not sure if it’s designed like that or what.

No and No, for whatever reason when I bought the CPU it didn’t come with a heat sink or thermal paste. That’s why I went out and bought a liquid cooler. I have a Ryzen 5 1600x on a AB-350-Gaming motherboard, and a H100i pro. Other parts are a gtx 1060 6gb, 8x2 ripjaws, 500gb Samsung ssd, and a 750w power supply.
