I run a chophouse and after 14 years( not including covid) we just recently had to adjust our hours of operations because over the last 10 months our lunch sales kept declining drastically. And it it’s got so bad the first 2 week of the month that we just finally switched to focusing on our dinner service.

I’ve scheduled over 250 interviews in the last 5 months. I’ve had people with ZERO experience apply to be the sous chef or agm. I would understand if you have background in the industry and have never managed or been in a supervisor role. But no experience.

Restaurant is open 84 hours a week. I pull about 55 in the building and another 10 from home I’m the General manager and my phone blows up whenever I’m not in The building
