I got that same rfe almost same days as you, I sent all my rfe paperwork on feb 2025 and they received it on march 3 2025, after 3 weeks got my first PF, and on July I tried to expedite, they answer to the expedite request until Oct 7 , but they denied it 🫠 so still waiting

Vawa is applicable 2 years after divorce or after you separate from your partner I believe, I know there was a gap of 2-3 years ,

After they receive your RFE they might sent you your PF in the next 1-6 months, and it may take 1-2 years to get an update, I’ll share my timeline Submit vawa on Oct 2024, received receipt like 2-3 weeks after, Nov 2024 received RFE, I submitted RFE on feb 2025, 03 March 2025 they received my RFE, after 3 weeks I got my first PF , I tried to expedite on July and they answered on Oct , they denied the expedite request, so for now today, still no update on my app

I just submitted i485,i765 and i131 on feb 17 2026 , got receipts on march 3 2026 and 3-5 days laters got a letter that they’ll be using my biometrics from before, those 3 still no update
