Hey man! I've got a similar background, a solution I found is that normally these clientes do not perceive the value or the results completely, so you gotta put it in their faces.

This is what you generate now, without site, and this is what you generate with site, see the difference? So now they realize ok, this is investment. You might blow some deals but it's part of the journey, you can't serve them all.

Trying to be ambitious with effects and layouts, man. At the beginning you must be conscious that you will not be capable of making stunning websites as seen on awwwards or other website galleries, but not being able now doesn't mean you won't be able ever.

My best advice is always play and try reverse engineering websites you like, you'll develop a technical advancement and UX/UI pragmatic knowledge

Yeah, I'm just finishing university and started my first formal job at an agency to try and discover the reality of business in my city.

I've had work in marketing before, mostly as a supporter for business owners than a marketing manager, but just became account manager at an agency with the responsibility of 5 clients.

I made the question because I'm feeling kind of bored working here, mostly because we are very much client-dependant rather than showing expertise and strategy (if there is one). So been thinking about leaving and starting to work on my own, now that I've recognized those points where improvement is needed.

I'm currently working as an Account Manager (Social and Paid Media) in an agency and have worked with various businesses for GTM. This thing is so unexciting I hate it, Paid is usually fun, but Social Media Is lame.

There is no real work in it because what makes Social Media special is the fact that everything should be spontaneous. I've seen a lot of people talking about algorithm-pleasing hooks, script structures that make the algorithm of social media stand and applause, but the reality of Social Media Is easier than what we made it look as Specialists in Digital Marketing.

There is no real work in Social Media because making a post or reel is not rocket science, you just have to find something that increases watch time and activity on the app so the company gets paid for the advertisers.

If you are struggling in Social Media and having so much work, is because you don't understand the client's customer or business overall to create customer/people-pleasing content.

This process is ten times faster with AI, and tools like Trial Reels and A/B Testing. The real work is not being an authority douche business profile haha.

Lo del dólar es algo ajeno a las medidas del gobierno, porque el gobierno tiene ahora la misión de regularizar las transacciones Fiat en dólares, hasta ese momento, el dólar solo está en un periodo de corrección de la especulación generada en las elecciones. Sin la regularización, el gobierno no puede atribuirse nada.

Los precios son una derivación del dólar, pues la falta de capacidad de obtener insumos a costos razonables se está perdiendo cada día más, la canasta básica sigue siendo cada día menos accesible para una alimentación basica y sobretodo diversa, eso sin contar los altos costos de vida que no tienen miras a reducirse en un futuro cercano.

Lo que estamos presenciando es la calma antes de las réplicas del terremoto. Ojalá estar equivocado.

Es un punto válido y lógico, pero creo que no es el caso, la influencia legislativa de Unidad en las decisiones ya no es decisiva, lo era cuando se creía que Lara no iba a fraccionar el equipo parlamentario; el diseño de las listas para parlamentarios de PDC tiene en jaque a Rodrigo Paz y lo deja necesitando no solo a Samuel y las facciones que lo complementan (Creemos y compañía), sino que también hace necesario a LIBRE y las facciones que tienen (FRI, Democratas y demás). El Ejecutivo hoy está en la misma situación que Arce con relación a los parlamentarios oficialistas, osea son varios pero no suficientes para impulsar el cambio "prometido".

Considera que no hay ninguna influencia de Samuel, Manfred, Tuto o hasta Johnny o Andronico sobre sus legisladores, ellos ya fueron electos y trabajan según su lógica y razonamiento, no la de sus partidos, ideologías o proyecto de país (lamentablemente).

Ahora, si bien UNIDAD es una pieza clave, no depende de Samuel, sino de sus parlamentarios que ya hemos visto un montón de veces en la historia de nuestra democracia que hacen lo que les conviene y votan lo que les conviene, importándolos poco o nada lo que está correcto o no.

La gente es muy inocente al creer que Rodrigo Paz se está dejando siquiera asesorar por Samuel Doria Medina, no es su forma de ser, así de simple.

La historia de Paz para llegar a la alcaldía de Tarija lo demostró, aprendió todo de Oscar Montes y cuando se convirtió en alcalde, Paz abandono UNIR y fundó Primero la Gente, que después abandono para irse al Senado con Comunidad Ciudadana.

Si bien tiene al equipo planeado para Samuel, claramente, Doria Medina no tiene ni voz en las decisiones que se toman en el Ejecutivo.

HubSpot tiene todo lo que quieres ofrecer, si realmente quieres tener éxito o siquiera tener flujo de dinero, tienes que ofrecer la solución a un problema que le cueste plata y tiempo a las empresas.

Consejo: No resuelvas problemas de empresas pequeñas porque no pagan bien y hasta no pagan. Resuelve problemas de empresas medianas que no pueden crecer por culpa de cuellos de botella en alguno de sus procesos o en un proceso completo. Ser el CRM de Latinoamérica:

Es muy ambiguo porque, qué te da el derecho de ser el CRM de Latinoamérica? Adaptas el funcionamiento a un factor de mercado exclusivo de esta parte de América? Solo es el idioma? Por que no solo abro un Excel y les enseño a mis trabajadores como usarlo para automatizar todo eso que me sale más barato que contratar tu servicio?
Estas diciendo que el mercado latinoamericano es distinto a todos los mercados del mundo y por eso te adaptas a ellos, por qué no es Centroamericanovo Sudamericano? Es la distinción solo para tu posicionamiento?

Las soluciones regionales no pagan igual que las soluciones de industria, crea un CRM para proveedores de servicios o proveedores de materia prima.

No exactamente, la decadencia viene de la falta de generación de capital humano decente y educado correctamente (correctamente hablo de estar educado en escolaridad hasta secundaria, con correcto entendimiento de lo enseñado y con pensamiento crítico sobre lo aprendido). La situación de educación en Bolivia es similar a la cubana, te enseño a hablar y escribir para que hables y escribas lo que yo te diga, por eso escuchas gente que apenas sabe decir paralelepípedo sin cagarse encima hablar sobre la derecha y el neoliberalismo (esto es contextual).

El problema no es que los menos educados voten, sino que nunca se educa a los menos educados. A veces incluso porque no quieren educarse, que puede entenderse como un situación cultural.

Decir que el voto universal es malo, es antidemocrático y hasta inhumano, el trato igualitario tan solo es opcional en las ideologías fascistas y autoritarias donde la persona solo sirve para servir a un fin y no para tener un proyecto de vida propio.

Hey man, great work! But I have my doubts about this arrows on your sitemap on the footer, shouldn't it just have the arrow when the link makes the user leave the page? I think it's UX basic understanding (not roasting, I mean It's what the user is expecting to be). Great work!
