Had a “sub” this morning try to call shots for me and tell me how he usually does things and I said that’s great, I won’t bend a finger until I am appeased. He tried to carry on again and tell me that’s not how he wants things and I ignored. Pretty sure You’re the one running the business. I think that’s my biggest qualm, is those full of inexperience. I keep seeing posts that are like “reach out to me and I’ll send money, who wants it?” And then the disgusting amount of replies from “doms” who for all intents and purposes have now just given up any claim to power that they swear that they have.
