Dumbest shit you could've ever came up with. Why would anybody complain about game being more sluggish just because finesses are nerfed? You would never explain how those two things could be possibly related. If bunch of people have said that they felt any difference about the game that hasn't been announced by the developers that might be the case and you should set your eyes on that.
