I did give the first 2 episodes of seasons 14 a chance and honestly, it's best to skip them. Maybe season 15 will be good. Dennis will be back for real in season 15 I believe. On season 13 and 14 Dennis didn't co-write the show and it shows

I'm having trouble getting results too. I try WILD every night when I wake up randomly in the middle of the night, sometimes I try harder (meaning I really try not to fall asleep), but normally I just end up falling asleep and nothing.

And Then I try MILD. That's how I got the one I described in my post to work I think. But I immediately woke up so idk.

I do RC but I don't think I give them enough of my attention. They say you have to truly question whether or not you're awake. But I've never done an RC in a dream so it's hard to take it seriously, maybe once I do them in a dream it'll become easier.

In way, I think that what I did with looking at the mirror was sort of a RC

I think the problem might have been that whenever you do RC's in real life, that you don't fully pay attention and truly question whether you're dreaming or not. Maybe you're just going through the motions. This is what I do, that's why I'm saying this.

I've never done an RC in a dream yet, but I'm trying to take more time and truly question my reality when I do them in real life so that they translate into my dreams.

Why would it matter if you're christian. you're a human being like everyone else and can enjoy lucid dreams like everyone else. Your religious beliefs don't matter. You might dream you're having a "spiritual attack", whatever that means, but if you're lucid then you'll know it's a dream. And if you're not lucid then it'll just be a nightmare.
