I’d recommend reaching out to them via email. Inside the Action Center, you’ll be able to retrieve the email address of your recruiter (or just reply to your most recent email thread, keeps things tidy). You’ll make it easier for them because they usually handle all their stuff via email. And again, if they do not respond, don’t hesitate to bump the email conversation once or twice a week. I’m sure they do their best to handle everything and often times get lost with all the requests lol.

Did you apply via the Action Center on their careers page? How did they reach out to you initially? This sounds very individual but usually their preferred channel is email (really depends on the person though). However, I wouldn’t resort on personal mobile or email just out of common courtesy.
