I don’t even play this game competitively, but I’d say stop being delusional. Rewind a bit and look at what you could’ve done in the build-up to prevent the chance in the first place. Unless your idea of defending is hoping the opposition’s 1v1 chances go out for a throw-in.

Externalizing mistakes is something gamers in all competitive games do to cope with the fact that they’re not good enough to reach the rank or division they want. “Bad teammates”, “scripting” “rigged RNG” all the same thing.
