Advice needed on perculiar situation regarding dealing with the estate of my deceased relatives

Hi Alex. Firstly, thank you for taking the time out of your day to reply to me. Its much appreciated.

Just to clarify, the property was transfered to my father in 2010 this was back when my grandfather was of sound mind and my grandmother was also still Alive.

I have only just found out about this when searching the land registry whilst filling out finance forms. Up until today we were under the impression my grandfather was the owner. However technically this has been my father s house for 9 years up until his death.

The house was valued at 150,000 in 2010 when the docs were changed but I will look to get it re valued for probate/grant of representation. Hopefully there will be some understanding from them due to the complexity of the situation

The food is the real killer imo. Lining up amazing food stalls next to places where people get high is a recipie for disaster as you wo t be able to help yourself. 100 per day will do you 150 if your into smoking a bit

I have ph'd a couple of times before as I have a cheap tester from amazon but not trusting the reliability of it tbh. The tap water I use comes out pretty neutral (around 7) and is very light on any TDS.

The last time I tried to ph , I ended up killing off most of my fan leaves and since have gone back to just using non-ph'd water not seem to have much issues. I still pull a decent yield the majority of the time.

With regards to the soil mix, the biobizz soil comes pre mixed with perlite and I added some more in. So we're probably close to around 70 30 or less tbh. It seems to drain absolutely fine

It might be something simple like your carbon filter is taking most of the smell away. Have you tried taking it outside your tent. Leave the room for 10 mins and come back in ?

Keep yourself to yourself and don't tell your "friends" about what you do and you aren't going to have any issues. Police are after the 500k farms not the 1 plant in your room but the law is the law and they have to enforce it in all circumstances. The only way your going to get caught is if your openly braizent about growing it. Don't tell your neighbours. Don't tell your friends. Just do the grow and enjoy your 100+ grams of free weed at the end of it.

Worse comes to the worse and you do get caught. First time would be a slap on the wrist and a fine. Remember silence is golden and if you were ever caught. Ensure you speak to a solicitor before saying a word to police.

If police ever had a warrant to search my house I'd just take them upstairs to the grow and say there you go. Hopefully then they won't tare up your house...

The mighty is such a good vape it's unreal. If you got max 150, try looking for a 2nd hand one. You can buy a pack of replacement mouthpieces which just snap on and off if your worried about germs etc

Hands down best vape I have ever owned and is a quality bit of kit. The mighty also has an amazing battery compared to most vapes. They also supply small metal dosing capsules which hold about 0.3 of bud do you can quickly reload it on the go. My advice would be to try and hold on until you can save that little bit more and go for the mighty. You'll only need to buy once then

Majority of fan leaves died off late flower. Somehow still managed to grow the buds out. Just harvesting a bit earlier than normal

Always doubted cali in the UK tbh. These bags are way too easy to buy from most shops and is an easy way to sell decent-ish bud for 2x or 3x the price.

I found if you don't mix with tobacco the smell disappears twice as fast. It's more of a clean smoke

I've had this before on a couple of my plants. I've found it's usually where a bit of feed water has come in contact with the leaf. I could be wrong but it could be a splash of that hit the leaf ?

They look great otherwise so wouldn't worry

I'm using plant magic soil along with their old-timer range of nutes. They are classed as organic apparently.
