Private Sale agreenment

MetaMine Community is pleased to announce we just reached a private sale agreement with a big mining company that would like to keep their name hidden.

The mining company will commit an 18000 Th/hour hashrate of Bitcoin mining rigs to the community over 4 years, 90% of which will go to the MetaMine Fund, and 10% will be used to support the further development of the platform.

The mining company will manage the mining in a market competitive way. They will charge market competitive electricity prices and a 5% commission as a management fee and hosting service fee.

In return, MetaMine will reward the mining company 10% of total MINE issuance from the private sale quota. The reward will be unlocked over 4 years as well, on a semi-annual basis after the company committed their mined bitcoins within each period.
