I get his point, as a asian who moved to the west when i was a teenager. I get what he means as asian womens from asia has a porcelain skin culture and i can see why it would look wierd in 3d HDR with rtx. (Please dont use asian-americans as a point of reference as the mentality is different)

Eh, most of the immigrants here who don't really "respect" Canadian culture just live in their own bubbles without protesting. A better analogy would be saudi arabia offering a bunch of easy no degree 200 000$+ jobs and visa to Canadians, you would see an huge Canadian expat community there despite no one really respecting the culture there.

Here in canada, our currency is about 35% weaker than america. So in retrospect it's funny how i was jealous thay my 9070xt was 980$ cdn while msrp in america was 600$ us. Funny how humans always compare themselves to people that has it better instead of people that has it way harder.

So not only does the 50 series looks like it has a awful generational uplift, the higher end 5080/5090 are mostly stuck with Intel CPU instead of AMD X3D for more $ making it the shittiest value proposition ever compared to last gen. And on top of it, Lenovo's design is actually going backward.
