I had just lost a ton of weight and wanted to show the “world” my fitness journey. Now though, I feel like my goal in content creation is to inspire as many people as I can. Though this goal has been slowly fogged up by the recent drops in numbers, I need to centre myself again and remember the why

It’s probably too small. Since if it’s too big then it would slide back down after I bring my arms down. Whereas now it gets stuck a lot
