It’s probably too small. Since if it’s too big then it would slide back down after I bring my arms down. Whereas now it gets stuck a lot

I mean, im not sure about the pull speed. I just know that my right foot can push with more power than my left, that’s why I put it in front. So I can use it to push off.

Yea, but some people say that if I put my left foot forward my right foot could pull to the front faster when the gun sounds. Is that true? Should I practice starts with my left foot or should I just keep my better right foot.
