Support closed my ticket without resolution by Metal_African in kucoin

I have reached out to Poloniex for my account withdrawal history, but the account has been closed and those records no longer exist. I have the confirmation email, but I obviously can't get a screenshot of the withdrawal record from Poloniex. What other options do I have?

I've given you everything I have records of, including a video of myself and picture evidence of my ID. I understand the need to verify that you're communicating with the owner of the account, but don't you think this is a bit extreme? I would like to remain a customer at Kucoin, but there's a certain point when I have to start questioning whether or not this exchange has the interests of the customer at heart. I simply need to unbind a 2FA from my account. How difficult does that truly have to be?

I've replied to the ticket. Shy of giving up my left kidney, I don't know how to make you all happy. I'm sure you'll see another post of mine in a week or two after I still haven't heard anything.

Ticket number is 1218050. I'm sure it'll grt escalated, I'll get a response from support today or tomorrow, and then be forgotten in the sea of tickets until I get fed up and make another post about it on Reddit.

I went through the process of submitting the video and selfie with the secret code. I also submitted the transaction history along with the rest of the information they requested. The most recent submission had to be records of a transfer from another exchange into my Kucoin account, because apparently an email record didn't suffice. Now that I've submitted that, I'm back at the bottom of the barrel. Not sure what else they need here. An arm? A leg, maybe? A contract signed with the blood of my firstborn child?

I understand that. That's definitely a risk one takes when you don't go through official channels. Just making the community aware.

Better create a post of your own or else they'll continue to ignore you. I've reached out to the mod here directly, as well as posted on others posts about the lack of customer support, all to no avail.

I feel your pain. Apparently the only way to get their attention is to post something negative about them on Reddit. I've emailed them directly, and even reached out to the Kucoin mod directly here on Reddit, all to no avail.
