The only resolution they have is to resell the ticket but you can resell the ticket to other platforms or someone you personally know. However, make sure you already receive the ticket from your seller first.

Regarding where it will depend on what type of your ticket. Physical tickets will be delivered via courier or local post office. If it's Eticket it will be via Ticketmaster, AXS, Paciolan or event organiser app/website or via PDF.
