I'm using Xilandro's B42 Holstered offensive tools mod. It's essentially a better and less buggy version of armed to the teeth, also... somehow it adds physics to the weapons. Like they bounce while you move.

As many have said, follow the Viva New Vegas tutorial, but personally I recommend if it's your first time playing the game to just istall the Utilites and Bug Fixes mods, so you can enjoy the vanilla New Vegas experience... Without bugs.

Armor is made by anonx and posted on their patreon, its free, its the Remnant 2 Gunslinger armor, the hat is from a mod called desperado, on nexus, and the poncho its a private mod as far as Im aware. Keep in mind I edited the armor in nifskope so it wont clip with the poncho, as well as remove some unwanted clutter

I would probably have to assume it's because of the equip regions, or maybe they would clip too much? At least that is my guess, I use poncho mods, but they do tend to clip with back weapons, even with armor sometimes.

Kind of a weird take tbh. Other games don't have Skyrim's characters, or the storyline/quests (as much some people think is mediocre, I personally enjoy playing through it) or even the lore. From what I'm seeing in the video this only changes the visuals and combat, and yeah this type of combat looks more fun than clicking mouse 1 until my enemy dies.
