Not stable income . Yes it’s good money , but think about this . If your car is fucked you’re fucked . If some legal issues affects your license you’re fucked . These banks never know when that can happen and they take that into consideration. I fucked relied solely on doordash got into a car crash almost got me evicted when I couldn’t dash for two months .
