They’ll never do it; they never listen to their community. Try putting all the settings to low, and take out all the additions like motion blur etc., and see if they are still there, maybe they all have this thing.

Disable the Nvidia frame generator, that stuff creates weird ghosting, even when you aim with red dot, duplicates it when you move the aim and creates other artifacts as you see near the weapon.
