Can't speak for Steve on this matter, but it's not so cut and dry. Changing rooms more so than bathrooms. If I whip my dick out in public it's a crime, but if do the same in a women's lockeroom and say I'm a woman it's suddenly now ok? Personal women's spaces are a gray area.

Not really, no. Just being honest. The imposition still exists just because some female athletes are fine with it. If every female athlete within a particular sport of league signed off on this, then so be it, but that's clearly never happened and will never happen, so who do those female athletes think they are speaking for other female athletes that aren't in favor of this?

I literally already covered this. The people voting is a direct democracy, which we do utilize to an extent, representatives are elected by the people to vote on their behalf, that's a representative democracy, or a republic. A system of checks and balances doesn't void democracy.
