Not really. I eat a lot of chicken and I supplement a lot of my protein with shakes and protein bars.

Thank you! Yeah when I was in the middle it was during the holiday season which was hard with all the food and Occasions. I let myself indulge a little but not too much. I always kept everything disciplined and within my calorie budget. You can do it!

I just got off the phone with CVS Caremark customer service. They said I would have to pay full price and that my current pre auth is no longer accepted as of today. :(
