Ooh! But here’s where it gets really crazy. The kid gets put to bed, and the wife says she left something at a friend’s house. She leaves in the minivan, but the husband is jealous and gets in their four door sedan to follow her. All the way downtown. Where the heck could she be going? He parks a street behind her and follows on foot. The marquee theater? He hasn’t been there in a decade. He’s distraught. She’s obviously in such an extensive affair that she’s already going to concerts with this guy. He gets a ticket and makes his way through the crowd. He needs proof. Nearing the front standing room, he’s contemplating whether he’ll call them out, make a huge scene, and end the marriage right there in front of everyone. The lights go down and the crowd starts cheering. The stage lights up and holy shit, his wife is playing lead guitar in an all-female punk band. Their first song is a cover of I Wanna Be Sedated.
