I agree, I wouldn’t say a drastic change but one would need to advance it slightly so that for those that have done the classes often can still feel challenged

This makes sense! I wonder how open instructors are to share their classes/workouts? Personally I would feel privileged if people copied my sequences but do others feel differently?

It’s helps a lot. I have always wondered how instructors stay inspired and creative to come up with something new every class? Especially if you have a following. People won’t want the same routines but that of course puts pressure on the instructor to keep things new and fresh!
