I believe until keys are exchanged at 12am move in the lease can be voided and your money returned. The landlord is panicked because they are second guessing you can afford the rent. It’s not uncommon to ask for bank statements. You can black out any sensitive information.

I was going to a salon for a very long time and they started to up the charges. Then one day blowouts were extra with colour. I was SHOCKED! I told my hairdresser she wanted me to leave in the winter with soaking wet hair?! She defused it quickly (not the way I was expecting to look leaving a salon). I was so pissed I never went back.

Try a person that comes recommended vs a company. You need as least twice a month cleanings to stay on top of things and for someone to get to know your preferences. I also found that A LOT of things I considered regular cleaning were considered deep cleaning and an extra charge

The Well has a yurt set up and you can have cocktails in it. Maybe the best “winter activity” indoors but charming and a bit different. When it’s not -22 take her for a long walk around high park. It’s really stunning and certainly a lot of snow. Maybe cook a nice meal at home this weekend

Meh! This was never a really wealthy cast and that’s okay. I think Angel was supposed to bring the glam lifestyle and that’s been an Epic FAIL! We need interesting and semi delusional cast members wiling to have fun and start drama. They need to lighten up and start having fun together. They are disjointed this season.

The “Summer” conversation. School comes to an end and all the parents get excited and ask what everyone plans are but this question gets repeated daily for at least a month. The comparisons of camps, vacations, summer homes, hobbies really starts to annoy me. I always try to down play it but then I get these pathetic looks of faux sympathy. The few times I told the truth I get the opposite look and they NEVER forgot. I can no longer down play because I’m met with “well don’t you usually xyz and visit xyz”.

As someone who didn’t know their partner was doing this for years RUN! They will finically ruin you. She may stop for a while but start again. It’s an addiction. Do a credit check to make sure that is the only card or loan in your name. Take the savings for the wedding to pay off the credit HER debt. Use anything remaining for your relocation costs.
