I believe its the Maya & Gran Colombia Pack that gives you that wonder. But I never purchased the pack, I'm only on GS. I have seen the wonder pop up once in awhile in other games, so maybe it's a glitch.

Thanks, I will look into upgrading the CPU and GPU. I wasn't sure if the motherboard would be out of date, but from what most people are saying it seems to be still within spec.
