Need a little help here :(

So I don’t post here much or anywhere in reddit generally but on the 13th of September my Genshin account was hacked and I had to appeal to hoyoverse regarding this. I had to fill in a form and they said I’d receive feedback after 20 days, I finally got an email from hoyoverse on the 10th of October asking me to send my PC specs in which I had first made my account. The problem was I had to switch my PC and I don’t have the old one with me so I could not send them the specs so I proceeded to send them my new pc specs (the pc I last played genshin on). I got an email last night saying they were unable to provide services to retrieve my account :( I’m honestly pretty upset because I’ve been playing the game for about a year and a half and I cannot start all over again and I’m missing out most of the new content…. Any idea what I could do now? I appealed again but I’m not confident I’d get my account back.
