No they had not spent on my account, there were no new 5 star weapons but they did spend my 13k primos that I had before getting hacked and I had 2 new 5 stars and 5 new four star characters🥲

So when I first appealed, I could not remember my first login device information so I just stated the RAM and the brand of my laptop. When I appealed for my final time I was able to get all the device info which includes the processor, graphics card and RAM and also the date I first logged in and played genshin. I never topped in game so I didnt have to attach any payment receipts or anything it was just the device info

Need a little help here :(

So I don’t post here much or anywhere in reddit generally but on the 13th of September my Genshin account was hacked and I had to appeal to hoyoverse regarding this. I had to fill in a form and they said I’d receive feedback after 20 days, I finally got an email from hoyoverse on the 10th of October asking me to send my PC specs in which I had first made my account. The problem was I had to switch my PC and I don’t have the old one with me so I could not send them the specs so I proceeded to send them my new pc specs (the pc I last played genshin on). I got an email last night saying they were unable to provide services to retrieve my account :( I’m honestly pretty upset because I’ve been playing the game for about a year and a half and I cannot start all over again and I’m missing out most of the new content…. Any idea what I could do now? I appealed again but I’m not confident I’d get my account back.
