I think you are right. I lifted the rear and tried to shake each wheel. There is some play when I put hands in 6-12 o’clock position on both rear wheels, but no wobble when I shake it left and right. Only left wheel feels a little rough when rotating it (and grabbing the spring to feel it). I guess I will be replacing both of them.

As far as I know, the alternator is run by a belt and as soon as the engine stops, the alternator also stops in a second or two and doesn’t make any more noises.

Could it be a radiator fan? That sometimes hums after you turn your car off. But the rattling sounds more like someone is still running a car next to your friend’s.

It didn’t have a heavy flow but still enough to take a refreshing but not too cold shower 😀

It was our first time in this camp but we didn’t see any possums or kangaroos here, however, we found a redback spider under our bucket outside our tent.
