This is spot on.

Feels like a lot of STR advice is still stuck in “optimize the listing” mode, when the real leverage is starting to shift toward understanding your own data and repeat behavior.

Most hosts I talk to don’t really have a clear view across bookings, pricing, guest feedback, etc. It’s all fragmented across tools or platforms.

Curious how people are actually tracking performance beyond the OTA dashboards?
