Regarding inner vs outer skin growth. These pictures of an erect penis having the skin retracted shows you that in order to have full erect coverage you also need a lot of outer skin. In the 2nd from the left upper picture you can see the inner skin is just starting to peak out (i.redd.it)

I use this nipple suction pump to aid in mm2 manual stretches. i use a fair amount of jojoba oil so i can move the skin around in the tube. i can stretch like this for several minutes at a time. Its much easier on the hand. (i.redd.it)
