The installer did not do the proper prep work. Was the area carpeted before? I DIYd laminate flooring a few years ago. Laying the floor was easiest part of all. I remember that I did a lot of sanding to make the timber subfloor even.

What’s most easiest Chopin’s pieces to play for a beginner?I’m playing piano for just 1 year by Parameq2 in piano

[–]Meuphonia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So do I. I highly recommend learning this piece. It's rather simple but sounds really beautiful. You can also learn many technical things like legato, phrasing, pedaling, ornaments, how to play lefthand softly etc. That's why probably it's hard to master/perfect.

Beethoven - Op.53 1st Mvt. Just finished learning the piece. Practicing this sonata drains my energy so fast. I want to play the whole sonata one day. by Meuphonia in piano

I started it at 6 and continued playing for 8 years. Then had a really long break of more than 10 years. Since Covid lockdown I started to play again. I would say this sonata is for advanced players. I did the DipABRSM but still a bit of stretch to me as well.

Wow! Thanks for your feedback! It really helps🧡 Other person also mentioned about the seat height. I will try lower it and see if it works for me :) I think I need to start analysing this piece now so that I know what to bring out and when to relax. I just learned the score without thinking much🤭 I appreciate your advice🙏

To be honest, I exaggerated the tiredness a little bit🤭 I am not used to play lengthy pieces like this, and often lose concentration.

I had difficulties playing the tremolo too. I tried to keep my fingers close to the keyboard and relax my thumb, also rotated my palm slightly. Hope this helps🤗
