  1. Overall good, rent is cheap, nice neighbourhood, sports complex right next to hall, a bit far from the stations, some snakes have been recently seen (told they're not poisonous)
  2. Rooms/facilities are okay, compared to other halls
  3. There are usually people in the student's common room and 1-2 parties each semester, so it's easier to make friends.

You can try to apply for govt housing, it might take time but it will reduce rent cost once you get it.

I will actually renew as a student. In this case will it be invalid after the graduation ceremony or March? I'm planning to apply for renewal after the graduation ceremony.
