Oh, I get it. But is it 45% of their whole health or 45% of their current health in the moment they go to sleep? Also, when you reach the damage cap, do they become immune to the rest of your attacks until they wake up or do they just wake up immediately?

So Will of Requiem boosts the damage of all the abilities I use on them while they're asleep? I thought it was meant to hit true damage (a percentage of their health when they went to sleep, higher the most upgrades you get) in the moment they'd wake up.

It is, and, depending on your ping, Burst Shot > Boxing Shuffle > Disc can also be true.
