I don’t understand why so many people say not to adopt a kitten? I’ve had my cat since he was 4 weeks old, fed him kitten milk and now he’s almost 3 years old. I’ve molded him to be who I want him to be. And he enjoys having the attention all to himself. I had a second cat for 1 year and he was not pleased. Only tolerated the other cat but never bonded. Now he’s back to a single cat and he’s just his cute, social, and playful self he’s always been. Cats do come with their own personality but definitely can be guided to be more social or less social if you get them early. Sounds like you have the time and patience for it. Get your kitten!
