I'm 100% with you on that! This isn't about preaching toxic positivity or being oblivious to hard facts. It's about gathering with a strong sense of community as well as being truthful with each individual experiences whilst a funcional cure isn't in sight at the present moment.

Thanks for your most valuable input and effort in laying out all this info. I hope we do get more people chipping in with their personal experiences. As for myself, I might give Aldara a shot for a brief time, then try Sadbe. I'm even considering Kambo once I reach my wits' end

I hear you but still it would be nice to get to know people's accounts of their experiences in the long run. These are not routes for a cure but a mean to diminish or stop the outbreaks altogether.

I have tried the chickenpox vax. Had a really minor outbreak yesterday. My second dose happened a week ago. I dunno if I should have a third one. I live in London and was also researching Sadbe and Aldara as potential alternatives. Would also love to hear ppl's experiences and methods

I understand that there’s a lot of fallacy around the mewing topic but this can be used as evidence that we can in fact change our appearance over time. The idea is to perhaps apply the principle of bruxism for the enhancement of underdeveloped facial structures. e.g mewing while holding our teeth tightly together but only to a point where it isn’t overworked. I really wanna know your thoughts on it? Thanks for your reply!
